Loop Quiet is designed for sleep and focus with maximum reduction (26dB). Experience is tailored for live music and events, preserving sound quality while protecting your ears. Engage is optimized for social settings, reducing background noise while keeping conversations clear.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US and EU. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my Loops if they don't fit or work for me?

Yes, we offer a 100-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your earplugs for a full refund, no questions asked.

Are Loop earplugs easy to clean?

Absolutely. You can clean the silicone ear tips with a damp cloth or mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching them to the Loop ring. Do not submerge the 'Experience' or 'Engage' filters in water.
