We want you to love your Loop experience, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy for all our earplugs and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or sound protection, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your Loop earplugs and all original packaging, including the carry case and ear tips, into a secure shipping envelope.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
